Coliving is a shared living modern concept. It started around 1970 and was then known as cohousing. It has become so popular because many people value shared economy, having a eco-friendly, practical lifestyle focused on sharing experiences. Nowadays, coliving is present in villages and condos and recently in Accor hotels, which offer privacy as well as the conveniences of the chain plus more advantages than the other conventional shared living options.
Picture yourself in a conventional rent, which involves a contract, moving, installations, repairs, fixed bills, fluctuating expenses. Now, imagine having a ready-to-live-in apartment, full of amenities, where you know exactly what you're going to spend. Much more practical, transparent and advantageous, isn’t it?
When living in an ALL Coliving, you have:

This concept brings together living spaces in common areas and special programs for residents, seeking to strengthen the sense of community and interpersonal relationships. And, to top it off, you also have services that can be hired separately, such as the use of coworking spaces, laundry, etc.
No matter your taste or needs, we have a perfect apartment for you. There are 3 categories, with different configurations, to suit everyone.
